We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that boots must be returned in their original box and show no signs of wear on the soles to be eligible for a full refund.

To maintain the shape and longevity of your hat, store it upside down on its crown or on a hat rack. Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust, moving counter-clockwise to follow the nap of the felt.
